Work culture and company policies are great. Company has offered Corona Mediclaim policy in addition to the existing medicalim policy. This is nice and very few companies are doing this in India curently. There has been no curtailment of salary till date. However, there is no increment this year.

my profile has decent work life balance since on most of the days i don't have to login once my shift ends.

chances of promotion are very less. salary increment is also very minimal until manager is dependent on you. too much office politics. managers having affairs and always trying to get money for themselves but not for the team members. if you don't do as per manager's wish then you will mentally tortured and will be terminated or made to leave.
