They forced most of the employees to come to office in staring of codivd...and didn't allow ppl to go to native and work from home. Fired most of freshers and employee with less experience as they had less project and hired people with experience. Can fire anyone without any issue.

They follow strict login, and only 30 min break in the whole day. You can't talk to your colleagues in office as the Hr and manager will be watching you on cameras and call you to meeting rooms immediately. It feels like a jail to work dr. 9 - 7 should just work and no intertainment. If you leave office exact at 7 or 7:05 you will be highlighted. They think ppl who leave on time don't work properly. Always point out in meeting to give more time before and after office hr. Never satisfied....Read More

Well, our team from the Gurgaon branch has been working remotely ever since the pandemic struck India. We have provided remote working prior to the second wave hit India to our other branch offices, depending upon the profile, we are even hiring for the remote profiles. Sometimes, desperate times call for desperate measures, when work is being hampered because of electricity cuts, a weak internet connection, non-availability of an employee during working hours, etc. such situations compel any company to ask its employees to work from the office instead. Rest, we take every measure to ensure the safety of our employees against corona while working from the office. We do have employees who have been working with us since the initiation of our journey as Kompanions and we are rigorously hiring still. 1 hour of break is given to each employee each day, we have a set reward and recognition policy, where we do not just appreciate our employees but hand out gift cards in different categories as well, HAVE FUN on every third Friday of a month and celebrate work anniversaries and birthdays as well. And yes, now we are 5 days working.
