Overall no satisfaction. They are always saying we are corporate company. But not like that . no salary increments. No benefit. No insurance policy. Paying less salary for work. And also they ll ask to do their personal work too. Some staffs are working hard. But they aren't get not even single benefits. There's so much to tell.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. You get free hand to work and practice. They give good incentives, respect too. Company is good. Overall sale is good. Flexible offs.

Dislikes

Asusual politics, as more female staff is there. No separate cabin for doctor. Assistants have high attitude. Aesthetic marketing is less, so less patient flow. No sick or casual leave.

Clients are the sweetest ones I got see here. Although they don't find Dietitians friendly as per they're told only Kolors treatment will be responsible for clients weightloss and no diet, exercises needed

Working hours: Depends upon the sale if no sale then no respect and working hours extended from 9 hours to 12 hours without any payment Salary: Every month salary is given at the month end and if sale not done at that month Target sale not reached then No salary given. Always penalized Week OFF: people beg for their own week offs one should keep on asking for one whole week then they'll give one off that's it. Work: One person needs to do his work with others work also. No respect at all. No recognition of your hard work No sale No Salary No Incentives Fraud Company Hubli Branch Centre Manager and Old Therapists are all involved in these scams.
