Among 40 team members 39 r uneducated people. Under 10th or max inter.. No mind maturity among people who work here.. Management blindly listens to seniors for no reason with out analyzing any facts. Inturn they loose employees. One can rejoin 100times here, it's very funny again and again people will quit here and these managementbegs them to rejoin.. Ugly.... Long hours no personal life. Clients are the sweetest ones I got see here. Although they don't find Dietitians friendly as per they're told only Kolors treatment will be responsible for clients weightloss and no diet, exercises needed

Working hours: Depends upon the sale if no sale then no respect and working hours extended from 9 hours to 12 hours without any payment Salary: Every month salary is given at the month end and if sale not done at that month Target sale not reached then No salary given. Always penalized Week OFF: people beg for their own week offs one should keep on asking for one whole week then they'll give one off that's it. Work: One person needs to do his work with others work also. No respect at all.
