The authority is open to development Kolkata metropolitan area finance by world bank more than four thousand employee. I love the fact that I am a part of of team for development work. Authority works completed development .in Kolkata and other 42 municipal area. We are working with the team happily.so many engineers goes abroad like UK, USA but I don't chance to go abroad.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high, some times I have to work 15 to 18 hours straight in a day I do receive appreciation from government of West Bengal. There is on job training in side India and abroad. Senior officer always guide steps by step.

CMDA is Tamil Nadu State Government's Organization. We worked as a team in Construction Wing. Our superiors has always appreciated good work and provided us help when we needed. The work environment was highly friendly. Of course, we had salary hike when we were promoted and bonus and all that accordingly.
