Nothing to like anything in kohler, work harrasment is there, no personal time, no work life balance. Don't fall in trap due to package. Few Managers are forcing to work on weekends also. Micro Management.

Good training, too much politics and no scope for career growth. Bad employer and promotes commissions and non ethical practices to bag orders. Package is attractive but long term for people who genuinely work is difficult. Its a place for people who sit and do politics and not work onown but claim other's achievements...Read More

Bad managers are promoted and no work life balance. They don't care about family and will transfer women employees to different region or ask to leave if not interested. Or would say you can remain without growth

I worked for myself and to the best of my knowledge. It's not an ethical place wherein you will be asked to negotiate commissions through channel partners saying its market standards to do all that. Bad managers mount pressure to work out of way
