Kohler allows you to be own leader in your role. Manager always shows confidence in there employee this makes a positive environment.

Dislikes

Coordination with HR is not that good as HR SPOC keeps changing in a short duration.

Good culture, global projects, flexible timings, support in covid, work from home opportunity given even after govt lifted the lockdown

Dislikes

HR policies are weak, compensation is never revised, once joined - work on same pay scale. New hires are given good salaries. HR seldom meets with employees for career development, no skip level manager meetings.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
