Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Well there were nothing to write about my liking for this company . I never liked working at this place.

Almost everything. Your manager if he has any personal problems with you he will send you to HO to talk with HR manager for very small issues just to make you suffer. I hated this.

It was pathetic to work there. I re joined at the time of demonetisation and my first salary was about to drop but they paid me in old currency. I waited in cue to exchange all the money .
