A detail-oriented and creative E-commerce Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing our website for on-page SEO, managing ad campaigns, coordinating with various teams and agencies, and ensuring smooth website operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, SEO, and campaign management, with a proactive approach to coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
On-page Off-page SEO Optimisation: Optimize web pages for search engines by conducting keyword research, updating meta tags, headings, and content to improve search visibility and rankings, and woking on backlinks.
Banner and Graphic Design: Create attractive store banners and price tags for seasonal sales and promotions, enhancing user experience and driving engagement.
Ad Campaign Management: Run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and coordinate with the advertising team to optimize ad performance and ROI.
Web Development Coordination: Collaborate closely with the web development team to ensure smooth and error-free website operations, promptly addressing any technical issues.
Budget Management: Keep track of ad budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals, monitoring daily expenses and adjusting as needed.
Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze website performance metrics, report on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
Agency and Brand Coordination: Maintain a strong working relationship with social media agencies, brands, coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring brand consistency.
Store Branding Checks: Visit physical stores periodically to ensure in-store branding aligns with the companys marketing guidelines and branding standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, WhatsApp Marketing and other Social media advertising
Design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating banners and promotional materials, (Photoshop preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of budget management and financial tracking for marketing campaigns
