Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Starting from job security it is nil for the employees recently they have fired there hole sales and operation teams. Work culture in ninjacart is like there is time when you have to report but there is no timing when you will leave the facility. Management is the worst in my one year at ninjacart they have changed almost 4 model indelhi city. There is no company policy at all for the employees they can fire you any day any time when they want by hacking your company email id and giving resign.
