There is nothing which can be said good about the company but most of the people who work here are cordial.

Dislikes

The company is Owner-Family Driven hence no delegation of power. No Department Head can make any decision. Technology Transformation is the NEW CARROT but No Action/Budgeting/Expenditure from that perspective. Rather should I say, there is no intent but only talk.
