Only 2 things are not good first is credit team second is salary packages for B.M. Please improve those two things and there will be no one to stop the company to grow

Work life is good but no holidays provided as compare to other NBFC or Banks also salary is not good as compare to work. Insensitive is also not good and not provided on time

1. Extreme level of politics. No control of HR over senior management members 2. No work life balance 3. The mentality is if they are paying you, you are the slave and they can abuse you and use bad words against you 4. No job security. They can fire you any time. If you hurt the ego of senior members. 5 Working hours are not fixed. You are expected to work 24*7

company culture is not good. Here promotions and appraisals are done by spooning people, not by looking at the work Medical facility is not good. If someone is on medical leave then they cut his leave and his salary and do not give any additional benefits.
