company job security is good and there is no issue of timing

Dislikes

company culture is not good. Here promotions and appraisals are done by spooning people, not by looking at the work Medical facility is not good. If someone is on medical leave then they cut his leave and his salary and do not give any additional benefits.

2nd Saturday is normal working day since I ve joined this organisation and same day leave apply and regularisetion as per company policy which is hectic most of the time. Because some time we won't be able to apply such things in some circumstances.

1. As per every HR 2nd Saturday's is off. Instead of look it’s normal working here since I’ve joined this organisation. 2. if we didn’t apply leave and regularisation on same day then in count as Lop loss of pay., At least it has to be Tat of more then 3 days.
