1. Salaries are very less as compared to Market and Tier 1 and Tiers 2 suppliers. There is no market correction concept. 2. Working culture is very bad. People are ill mannered and typical vegetable market feeling in first meeting. 3. Very different than VW/ Skoda unit in foreign countries. 4. FSE ( Foreigner Management Representative) will be HoD of Department who has no idea of Indian culture and job market trends. He even don't know India has inflation of 6-7 %. 5. This FSE guy will not trust Indian and every time he will doubt about opinions put by Indians so sort of discriminations is there, In terms of technical and commercials. 6. Everybody has to join on external company payroll (i.e. on contract) sort of cheap feeling for good experience engineers to join. 7. Sometime management will ask you to lift BIW/parts/assemblies without forklift. 8. Increments are very less especially to Technical office people. 9. In Indian market Skoda VW not doing good. Plant is running on export only. 10. High pressure job you will not able to enjoy personal life. No work life balance. 11. 1.Partiality in increments.New joinies will not get increment in subsequent years reason because they have give good salary hike while they joined. 2. Unfair practices in increments.if somebody in your group having low salary than you then your increment will be very less and rest willbe given to bring other people to your level. 3.HR does not give market corrections. 4. Salary band is very low. 5. lot of politics and favourism. 6. No promotions at all 7.
