Zero security of job anybody can complaint against you & based on false allegations the company favours only the hierarchy. My manager tried all her best to terminate me & she did yet the HR was her friend & she did support my manager only . They're were evidences that i wasn't wrong at all but due to utter jealousy & biasness i wasthrown out . My manager is jealousy of people who work hard people here don't work at all zero ethics & get free salaries for 3 months whereas for people who work are thrown out because they are ganging up & making their own squad to run the company. The company is good but not the hierarchy of India atleast everyone is just having some gala time as the company pays well now they just wanna sit on the top & torture their sub ordinates so many complaints are received to the management yet they favour their managers & Hrs. It's shame the company's principles include honesty , respect etc yet it's shameful that you guys treat you're employees this way ....Read More

KOCH Principles are only meant to be in the CEO written book, sometime to appreciate or recognise any employees contribution Principles are visited. No job security, no transparency and big time office politics which actually pulls down talents

* Flexible timings (even though center pushes for 5 day working). * Pay is competitive in IT but not so in Finance * Show that you know/practice PBM and work can take a back seat, bad news it shall make you non hirable in the market.

* Most decisions are supposed to be taken by supervisors, but funny that their decision rights are only on paper. They are held accountable for decisions that they dont even take. * There have been multiple attritions in last couple of months, guess how many voluntary VS Involuntary? * Leadership doesnt understand the diff between use and abuse of PBM. Its funny that you can use the same culture conversation to give someone a huge pay and also throw someone out, just need to be a good speaker. *Multiple leadership changes across levels that happen overnight, which changes the dynamics of the team. *One could wake up to realize they have been fired on the same day, without notice/ or compensation. * I heard there were good number of employees from the HR team who left all of a sudden in the same way. Its only their third party hiring that is permanent.. * The leadership isnt able to manage the center dynamics and just portray a happy picture to any leader when they come up... Mangers are way too micro managing rather than being empathetic and motivators towards engineers. A normal conversation can be turned against you to get you out of the company when needed. A very simple MBM term used to do so "not culturally fit"

Frustrating experience with an egoistic and immature manager. Leadership lacks genuine care for people, full of talk with no real results. They preach PBM but don’t practice it, and there's a lot of attitude. HR is like a ghost, never seen on the floor or addressing people. Employees can be fired by supervisors without any HR involvement.
