It's more like a construction company relying on profits made by delaying government projects. If you are an engineer then it's a heaven for bad engineering. If you are an architect then it is a heaven for drafting.

Very poor. No HR policy. No admin support. Company wants employee should spend money for daily site needs. If it’s done, no guarantee of reimbursement. No timely payment is salary. Forfeiting balance salary if employee resigned.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
