My experience was just amazing because the website includes a number of training on the same certifications scheduled on weekdays as well as weekends. This allows the trainee to book the slot according to his/her convenience. The website was also friendly to use.

When it was Knowledgehut, It was good from all the perspective. But after upGrad acquired it, never like before anymore!

Dislikes

Blunt HR management. They listen to Managers only. Too much favoritism to old employees. Partiality in providing leads by the management. If you raise your voice about the discrimination, you will end up with loosing your job.

I recently enrolled in the CSM training with Knowledgehut and I had a fantastic experience. Very good and clear explanations by the trainer. Concepts were easy to understand through proper examples. The service team was approachable and easy to communicate with whenever necessary. Overall, great quality of service. Highly recommended!
