Blunt HR management. They listen to Managers only. Too much favoritism to old employees. Partiality in providing leads by the management. If you raise your voice about the discrimination, you will end up with loosing your job.

I worked there for around 2.7 years, initially the work and management was very good! Later when they started changing the management, everything got worst. Only if are a bucket to some manger then only you can survive or else you will kicked out for no reason. No proper incentives and no proper support and no recognition as well.
