The team and the trainer are a complete set of experts who are very good at the skills and know how to provide the right set of training points for the PMP. Even during the training, you provide or discuss a problem / situation with them, they give you solutions.

Dislikes

To be honest, there is nothing that I disliked about KnowledgeHut.

When it was Knowledgehut, It was good from all the perspective. But after upGrad acquired it, never like before anymore!

Blunt HR management. They listen to Managers only. Too much favoritism to old employees. Partiality in providing leads by the management. If you raise your voice about the discrimination, you will end up with loosing your job.

I recently enrolled in the CSM training with Knowledgehut and I had a fantastic experience. Very good and clear explanations by the trainer. Concepts were easy to understand through proper examples. The service team was approachable and easy to communicate with whenever necessary. Overall, great quality of service. Highly recommended!
