Dislikes

Politics which goes on and on within the team is frustating specially in QA team where the leads do a lot of favouritism amongst the team members ... they always try to save underperforming members who belong to their native side and try to put blame on others

Its a good opportunity for an individual who wants to start their career in this company as their is plenty to learn and execute

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
