They hire on the basis of client requirement and remove you just after once they are done. My friend is a victim of this, he joined in for 4 months and they moved him to a non billable state and threatened him to resign. Needless to say, they dont have any anything to run a IT organization. th ey evacuated an entire floor for cost cutting, and no one knows what happened to those employees</mark>. HR's, Delivery managers, Delivery directors all have been moved out in a span of three months itself. be very CAREFUL, they lure you with high paying packages and keep you for only less than 6 months. Nothing is better there , as per location they give less salary package also people are not supporting there, HR head is very rude and nonsense

Nothing is better there small company with little think, people are not cooperative and sensible HR head also nonsense people, he don't have talking manner with people I will not recommend to people to join there

I have worked 4 year here. Job security is definitely there, most of the employees I have seen here are working from last 8-10 year in this same company. Domain wise they are only in telecom billing. They provide industry standard salary. CEO and COO are very friendly and they know most of the employees with their name because company has small headcount b/w 200-300. They organize T20 cricket league every year where CEO & COO will also be participating. As of now they are in only one domain. And also they have only 4-5 clients. But all these clients are sticky and associated since last 7-8 years. Earlier lots of onsite opportunity were there but now it has reduced.

Knot solutions is good place for fresher's to learn work. salary would be less but on-site opertunities are more. Work culture is also good . Recently started tech konect to share your thoughts and u can teach technologies to the people.
