If you are working on Knightfrank’s payroll then 1. On time salary 2. Allowances travel, rent etc. ( if all negotiated on mail before joining.) 3. No much workload

1. Less increments 2. You will get annual bonuses only if company is getting more from client than they are paying to you 3. No Saturday/ alternate Saturday off. Required to site team due to hectic travelling as sites are at remote locations. 4. Office team will not involve site team in any activity like team outings, office party etc.

My company is my family and some policies in the family are not liked by one or the other member, so those policies are for all family members and not just one member, so I do not dislike it

There is absolutely no good communication between client and the regional managers. Regional managers are not good at backing up in front of client. They always blame KF team infront of client. Which is absolutely ridiculous. NO director will approach or see the problem site people are facing with clients. They only care about the monthly invoices. That's it,!!!

Poor and worst management, NO HR policies will work. NO support from HR. Zero leadership from regional manager and directors

In project management division if you are able to make client happy by any means then you stay for a while with chance of appraisal...

Dislikes

Need lot of improvement in working culture in project management division. Not as organised and systematic in comparison to other equitable players in the market. Growth Opportunities are limited.
