Learning and culture is good as they celebrate mostly festivals. Appraisals are average. You can grow professionally if you do well in your job.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in NextGen process here. Your personal life will end here. Work pressure is unconditional. They were giving appraisals good previously but it is normal as of now. Management is very unprofessional and rude. HR also can not help in matters of management & operation leaders. They want from employee to give extra working hours without any extra pay.

Team mates needs to be polished as per professional set up of organization . KHCPL provides a security for working due to which employee stays a longer period of time, which is a plus point of organization.

KHCPL needs to increase salary hikes as per industry standards , with a stress on development by providing skill development & learning , better work environment, innovation & work balance .
