There is nothing to like in this company.

Worst company i have ever seen. There is more discrimination. Managers think of themselves as owners of the company. They understand that those who work under them have no status. Employees are always threaten that they will be fired from the company. If an employee makes a mistake, he is scolded by shouting in front of everyone. They forgets that they are also an employee even if he is in a manager post. There is a manager name Manish i think he never talks lovingly to any employee who is normal associate. Considers himself the owner of company. Always talks most rudely. If someone takes leave in emergency, then when his leave is over, he is made to do overtime. Threatens that there should not be a single mistake or else he will be fired from the company. Such people should not be made mangers. No company is bad but if there is manager like manish then the company is called bad. There are many other managers in this company who do not do their work properly but trouble others. Everything is good i am working here for more then 2 years now, everyone is supportive if you ask for help. Also, immediate actions are taken on complains. Good hike, appraisal, friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

Everything is good but i guess cafeteria and smoking zones can be improved. Cafeteria by improving more options in food and smoking zone with proper sitting arrangement.

We get fun friday every friday we play games, insurance policy after 2 years. Also, two sides cab for everyone that is paid but still it is less if we compare with other company. Also, meeting with seniors. Also, you can talk to every senior level person if any problem you are facing everyone is welcoming.
