Klothinn has already become one of my comfort zones. Being a proud founding member of Klothinn I can assure the office culture is very active, friendly and comfortable. We are all allowed to explore designs or prints and our works in our way which is very much satisfying. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
