In lockdown they are giving salary but from 1st june college has been reopen and due to living in delhi and very worst cases are inc day by day i am not able to join the college and management says that no salary should be given

Dislikes

Actully work environment for employees specially ladies are excellent but no promotions no good increments from the seat we start we end from the same no work development

In this pandemic many of the institution had fired their employees and gave 50% salary...but k.l Mehta Dayanand College for women supported their staff by giving them full salary and with assurance to stand with us always.

I like the environment of Dayanand college, my seniors and colleagues were very helpful and cooperative and there was an amazing balance of work life and family.

Dislikes

Nothing....not a single thing...this was my hard luck of quitting the job because I was pregnant and I chose to stay with my baby for sometime otherwise college was just fantastic.
