Good company to Work without career growth and annual increment. Job security is there without any career growth and development.

Dislikes

One can expect growth if you please to your boss otherwise you will be stagnant. Team's approach is very poor in terms of customer service. Developmental approach is worst. Approach to new develoment is not up to the mark. Engineering department is just for name shake and have no use not even competent. Due to others mistake somebody else is fired by top authority without having actual ground fact. Employees' benefit is reduced or withdrawn with which company tries to make good profit. my job is challenging as i have to look after entire product market but i always has to stay on toes hoping that someday my work will recognized for all efforts but i was wrong it not effort which will be recognized, but no it how your boss place you.
