Company is good for freshers. They can learn so much working in a project and colleagues support you but that again depends upon your team and colleagues. It was best in my case.

Dislikes

Appraisal was not given for two years when other companies were giving. Its a disadvantage when you are at career start and are stuck at same package for 2 years. Variable is another disadvantage.

Company management prove that they do not need seniors so only freshers incrment percentage is good i.e 80 ,90% and seniors incrment percentage is 10 or less than 10 prcnt . 5.No work culture.

Not get increment from last 2 years, not given performance pay. No fun activity, Diwali gift or sweet. Not giving Work from home facility in emergency situation. Do not join this company.

No variable Pay ( 0 transparency ) No hikes appraisal ( 0 transparency) Micromanagememt Manager ( use abusive and disrespect the employee, does the employee exploitation Calls anytime no working hors protocol 9.30 to 6.30. Sends mail on saturday and sunday and expect to work on weekends also without incentive ). Company is devaluingtheir brand name because of such managers who exploits their people. No hybrid work culture. Atleast 2 days from home. but even after office they says go home and complete the things they want everything in one day.
