If you don't have any option except suicide then only think to join this company. CMD of the company is the only person who decides everything. You can not use your phone, you can not have tea after 11am. They make you seat till 8 but still no compensation, no acknowledgment CMD's behaviour is very very bad, very negetive attitude towards employees. So think property before joining.

Corporate Work Cultue , Salary on time. Leaves, bonus all facility are there. Few merchandiser teams are very good in the company they support their junior very well. HR is bold and clear about all aspect.

Few employees are trying to take high salary but not perform, but job guaranteed like safe. fews are very polish to IN front of management beside the seen very negative feeling in the heart. as fresher i am learning very well in the team last above 2 years.
