Monopoly of plant head. Chairman support blindly to plant head Plant head misguided to chairman about staff. Everybody scared to plant head Plant head Mr.Singh is only enjoining his balance retirement life hence he don't want to settle anyone against him in Nellore plant. Plant has so much improvement potential but plant head under estimating all. Chairman don't trust on any new employee because he is hipnotaisied by plant head. Company has good product but Nellore plant head should be change because he is self declare King because chairman has no any other option. Chairman is nice person but he never trust on other without his old plant head. So request to new joiners don't join this company because company is good but the plant head is like east india company governer.
