I specifically had enough opportunities to learn and grow as a young professional because I had a really good boss and he was keen to try different things rather than stilling to the same hamster wheel. I liked that while my experience at Kirloskar.

Don't join ACR equipment devision bad manager has been there for last 10 years Focus Solely on Work: The manager only talks about work and doesn’t give team members the freedom or autonomy they might desire. Lack of Involvement in Company Functions: The manager is not engaged in company events or broader activities, possibly giving the impression of disinterest in company culture.
