Middle management H O D VERY ARROGANT, NO REPORTING, ONLY MISS REPORTING , AND GOOD BOOKS PEOPLES IS TOO POWERFULL , MANY AUDITS , AND SurveyS ONLY FOR SHOW, Largest Harrasment , working lavel experience holder and knowledgeable people's dominated and credit and all benifits goes only good books people's ,largest discrimination , top management unknown what is exact done in organization

Dislikes

Big partiality , and middle management keep only good books people's , for saving of job, good book people's always miss reporting about colleague and working lavel people's, largest discrimination some grouping against social specific group of too gentle employee performing employees always dominated

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
