I'm truly impressed with Kip's work environment. Innovation, creativity, respect, and teamwork are the essential components. The management is always available and truly listens to the opinions and concerns of the employees. My manager accepted my ideas and encouraged me to use them tocreate a theme-based book for my first project in the first year. The work-life balance is truly commendable. While recruitment in sales division the organisation prefers freshers over experienced candidates because of which lots of time and energy needs to be spent in polishing new employees for better performance.
