Like team work, University Hospital have high standard equipment's
Dislikes
No job security , HR department very worst in serving to non Saudis,There is Difference saudi and non saudi ,All rules and Regulations only for NON SAUDIS.Those who are realy hard work ,no appreciation But those who are Negligence in work,getting all credits and benefits

There is very excellent vision and values but the nursing leadership doesn't comply with them
Dislikes
There is no growth and development on nursing side because there is a lot of nepotism, bias, favouritism, discrimination. There is no insentive to motivate staff retention. Hospital is 5 yrs old but there is no stability due to lots of changes of unskilled leadership. No recreational facilities for nurses, Accomodation for nurses islike students Accomodation, where you share communal kitchen and laundry area which is not save especially with this Covid 19 era...Read More
Work Details
I did enjoy my work as I was I dependant team leader with a lot of experience. I enjoyed managing OR n 22 staff nurse. The miserable part is that majority of staff were from Phillipines and communicated most of the time in Tagalog which was not acceptable
