The only thing is that we get the Salary on time...

HR takes Money to give you the Job. You only get the extension letter after 6 months and even after 1year you get extension letter till 1year 6 months. Then HR asks you to do the clearance. You are never going to get a permanent Job even if you are in On-roll job. Salary is never going to increase in any case.
