The company gives freedom to learn everything in my SMT Department. Another plus point is that my colleagues help me to teach each small things what I need to learn.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and compensation is less compare to qualification. Work is not assigned with qualification . their is no job training for freshers.

Work Details

AOI Machine Operating to inspect defects in electronics board like component soldering, wrong part, area defects, component missing , component polarity. Router machine operating to depanelling the PCB with proper cutting with dimensions.
