I worked in same project from Oct 2018 and never had peace of mind. No matter how hard you work , managers will still say client is frustrated. Now there is new game of throwing KT's to new joiners is going on. So only join dotnet team if you want a KT , don't expect new project and please don't ever think about changing the projectas they are just concerned about business and billing. at least PM need to be responsible, they are very confused and not taking any decision not on company side or not on employee side. mostly self-centered. asked a very Sr PM to get some documents but his response was making him confused. at least there should be someone who can listen and help. You swapped a gifted opener with tailender. HR team is too unprofessional and looking stupid too. asking the reason why you need experience letter.
