It was good but now not as good as it should be for 15-year-old company.

at least PM need to be responsible, they are very confused and not taking any decision not on company side or not on employee side. mostly self-centered. asked a very Sr PM to get some documents but his response was making him confused. at least there should be someone who can listen and help. You swapped a gifted opener with tailender. HR team is too unprofessional and looking stupid too. asking the reason why you need experience letter.
