Aproach with Doctor's is very friendly. Salaries is credited promptly every month (no worries)

Dislikes

Bad working culture. Every simple job seniors/colleagues do makes complicated. Monday to Saturday (strict timings). Too much work load. There are no fun activities at all.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
