Everything like work culture, employees. They just know to put extreme pressure on new joinings. Only that people are still working in this company who have manager's support. They even don't have work ethics. Worst company where i just wasted my days and time and effected my resume. Even company's cab admin is very senseless and rude. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
