One of the best thing about Kilowott is the work/office culture. Everyone enjoys doing there work and always helpful if you are in need. They also have permanent work form home job roles and its amazing. There are a lot of technologies to work with and they always put employees preferences on top. Overall a great environment to work in.

Dislikes

Only one thing I would like to see is there should be more benefits for an employee especially if someone is really putting their efforts because in that way the employee will be more enthusiastic towards their work.

Additionally, the lack of overtime compensation is the point of dissatisfaction for me. I also find it inconvenient that Kilowott does not cover internet service charges for remote work, and there is no provision for providing company-owned laptops or devices for the job or official tasks. The culture is great. I mean the best part for me is that there is no office politics. People are friendly. I can't say everyone but many take time to help you out when stuck or answer your endless queries. I took this position as a permanent work-from-home and there has never been an event where we were asked to mandatorily attend.

Dislikes

The working hours are usually flexible in regards to when you clock in and start working. But you are to complete 8.5 hours a day (excluding lunch and other breaks) which is a lot especially if you work honestly and hence it'll be like your entire day is consumed. There are times when we need to meet deadlines and may have worked for 10-11 hours but we can't compensate for them by leaving early when no work. I mean there's an option to apply for partial leave(can leave early or join late twice a month) but you have to apply and give a reason and all and so I end up not using that just because I worked more the previous day....Read More

I've experienced a blend of innovation, collaboration and growth at Kilowott, got the freedom and time to learn and understand from my managers and also good breathing room to make mistakes with which I've improved my work and have become very quick and efficient with it. Excellent HR team who listen to suggestions and opinions with an open mind.

Dislikes

Some employees try to micromanage you so, make sure you have your boundries within and outside the workplace. The work hours are 8 and a half hours which is not according to industry standards.

I havn't experienced any cons working at Kilowott so far. However, I would appreciate small introductions to new systems when added to enhance efficiency.
