Dislikes

No Management overall. Only politics happens in this company. Those who works never get any benefits, but those who only do show-off they get good promotion and salary benefits. Very old working system they are using still. Not recommended overall.

Indian company mindset, There are big corporate political lobby, Everyone has involved. Process HOD is not a chemical engg he doesn’t know the basics of chemical engg. Try to avoid to join this company. No one wants to grow the department, no training, no teaching provided. They all just running the company by given fake equipment. No herarchy followed by the company. Ridiculous staff.

Kilburn provided ample opportunity to flourish in the field of technical know how as well as in Sales & Marketing. I was blessed to have business travel to few countries. As a whole i Must say it was a pleasant journey for 16 years with Kilburn.

Dislikes

Professional growth seems to be very slow. I suspect it may be due to corporate Policy.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
