Nothing I liked here. Worst company to work if you are from technical background. Such a terrible experience I had in goa cipla site.

Worst company culture. After one year they will start herrasing you. They hire you only bcs they want to show manpower to Thier client. Thats it if they don't need you. Then they will start herrasing you untill you leave the company. Worst experience ever had specialy cipla goa unit.

Providing transport facilities with social distancing i.e. in 2seats can seat only one person..entry point tempreature checking...before entry to bus they give sanitizer..

Canteen faicilty to be improve..bcoz due to small place crowd was more..have to make batch wise timing for lunch at canteen..if all are came at same time there is a chance of spreading covid in case any one was symtomic
