The etiquette was never followed. Salaries weren’t paid as promised. They were removed for months without any notification. When asked about non payment or untold reductions, they ignored it and asked us to leave the company if we are not happy with the lesser pay. You get to work according to your time preference. You can work anytime. Team is really supportive but sometimes you don't get the proper response on time which is fine because they have so many employees. There are benefits like bonus and sometime achievement activities also. I had a fun time working there.

Dislikes

Some members of the team are rude and try to manipulate you so you have to be really witty out there. Most of the time they try to put penalty on you for no reasons and then blame you. Apart from this, everything is cool with the company.

My job life at this place was really nice. I had freedom to work acc to my timings. Team was supportive but sometimes rude too. Got to meet alot of new people and sudents. Those students are like my friends now. I got to learn how you can hand

Good learning opportunity as a trainer. The company provides materials for teaching purposes. Good for gathering experience about online one to one classes.

Dislikes

Their interns basically serve as teachers/trainers. Not only do they give a small sum as a stipend (compared to the daily work required), but they also deduct significant money (in comparison) for every class missed. They also mess up the calculation and don't pay the deserving amount to their part-time/contractual employee in the last month, if they quit.
