Dear Anonymous Colleague, thanks for the feedback but we dont even know who you are, which office did you work in, and therefore cannot really appreciate the instant feedback contextually. It may have been purely owing to your work performance that you have been asked by the firm to leave the firm, and post that stating comments like this reflects the mindset and thought process. It is completely inaccurate to represent that the firm doesn't have an HR and allied policies and is proud to have an average firm retention of over 4 years. Therefore, if owing to your poor performance, a firm terminates the relationship, writing such comments without basis and objective evidence reflects the mindset.
