Poor and dumb management. They have the art to complicate a simple task. Decision making and policies are very poor. Policies are made only for the organizations benefits. Taking leaves is impossible. Teaching and work should be done to satisfy self ego of the management not for children. Only licking people can grow. They are not bothering about the students learning. An illiterate can manage better than the people here. They will make your life hell. No work life balance. You are forced to work at home. Never ever join Techzone if you want peace in your life.
