Nothing tell about dislike but there more politics going on that's it nothing nagtive

I have totally 1.5 years of experience in KGPCO company yes it was very good experience my pleasure to work such a nice company

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
