I am working as contract employee with Bosch ..Today when I asked the hr of KGISL for maternity leave he said me that only employees those who get salary under 21k and are covered in Esic only they get the maternity..Rest other employees can't avail this ..As per government law I don't think this is applicable.. Please suggest ur views because this rule is totally new to me .

Good set of colleagues and family like feeling. Moderately paid according to coimbatore market standards. If you have high dependency, then job security is guaranteed.

I loved the working environment and the team in I had worked. I had a TL who is very supportive for everything for our whole team in every situation. Everyone in our team feels like family and took care of each other and clearing doubts on call even when they are busy.. here I learnt to handle a customer on call and also how to handle high pressure situation.

Break exceeds are considered as half a day or Lop, sometime preferred weekly offs will not be available as per our plan, salary appraisal will be provided with delay in months.
