Hi.. Kg is a well growing company and its helpful for fresher to learn the basic in IT field.. Worst management.. there is no proper wave to solve the problem.. You don't expect salary increment in KG.. For fresher its a good company to learn.

Dislikes

I have been going to complete my 2 yrs in KG. but i didn't receive any single increase in KG very worst.. And no follow the rule of IT management.. Its not like a IT company.. Basic level of company..

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
