Still its following their spinning mill work culture which is their business long years back, its not an IT company. We can survive only if we --- the managers shoes which already known by all. No appreciation, no probation no other benefits.

Dislikes

Worst working culture and they'll force the employees to work on the weekend. They'll wait for a couple of months to onboard the employees but they'll release the employees without serving a notice period. No process will be followed and we'll feel like working in the 2000 era. Rude management people and HR will support the management in all aspects. Not recommended to new joiners and stay away from this company. Definitely, you'll regret joining this company....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
